We proudly display the day’s featured cut and its ageing time on the board each morning — no guessing, no mystery meat, just beautifully aged, top-quality beef. While we loved our time at the roastery, we’ve traded the “Bland” address for a grand one. We are now situated in one of George’s most iconic dining destinations, bringing our signature smoke and sizzle to a space that finally has enough room for all of you!
